The job

We are looking for an experienced residential Project Manager with a strong sales background to join us in this newly created position.  We are open to where this role is based, so you could join our team in Twizel or Oamaru or anywhere in between! Talk to us about what would be your preferred location to help us support the growth we’re experiencing throughout North Otago.

As a Project Manager you will be part of Breenhomes team and will be responsible for delivering successful residential projects. You will have strong construction knowledge, be H&S focused and have sales skills to be able to provide clients with a great construction experience.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • 5+ years direct project management experience in the residential construction sector
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Strong IT skills and be comfortable working across a number of computer programmes/systems
  • High level of numeracy and literacy required
  • A natural ability to build rapport and trust with others
  • Strong sense of time management and thorough understanding of health and safety in construction
  • Knowledgeable on local council building and consent processes and requirements
