THE JOB:

Company growth has meant we are now searching for our nextteam member to join us in this newly created role based in Alexandra. This is afull-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. For theright candidate we may have some flexibility in working hours.

The Office Administrator will provide general administrativesupport to the business by ensuring Accounts Payable and Receivable areperformed in an accurate and timely manner. The role is also responsible for assistingthe business in other general administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Previous work experience in a similar role, or acombination of education and related experience required
• Excellent collaboration skills and willingnessto work well with others
• Well-developed time management skills, capableof managing multiple competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
• Strong business awareness and tenacity to solveproblems
• Methodical and detailed
• System and reporting savvy with the ability tolearn new technology quickly
• Proven experience with MS Office Suite andtechnical ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• A valid NZ drivers’ licence, as there mayoccasionally be the need to travel between Breen offices
